Mama June: From Not To Hot Features Pumpkin Blasting Ex Josh For Ignoring Her Dearest Sister Alana Post-Split!
Mama June’s star Pumpkin, aka Lauryn, confronted her ex-husband Josh for abandoning Alana. Josh and Alana used to get along well, but after Pumpkin divorced him, he went numb. Pumpkin and Josh have agreed to coparent their four kids. But not everything is smooth sailing for the exes because they disagree on certain things.
Pumpkin got angry when Josh promised their daughter, Ella, to take her to Jessica’s bridal shower. He thought it would be a normal day for Ella to have fun until her mom refused to let him do the needful. As Pumpkin is now dating his cousin Darrin, the two are rubbing their happiness on Josh’s face. Luckily, Josh has now settled down with a woman named Breanna and their own baby girl.
Mama June: Pumpkin & Josh’s Divorce Devastated Alana!
In the previous season of Mama June: Family Crisis, Alana reacted to Pumpkin and Josh’s divorce. She said that she was utterly speechless when she heard them choose to divorce. She lived with the former couple, as Pumpkin had custody of her while June was serving a prison sentence. Josh was like a brother to her because he cared for her.
The 20-year-old revealed that neither of them hid things from her, no matter what. She already had an idea of what the pair was going through. But Honey Boo Boo didn’t want the divorce to take place. She prayed for Josh and Pumpkin to fix their issues in any way possible. Unfortunately, things got out of her hands, which she called the worst. She noticed her sister’s pale face every day since Josh stopped communicating with Pumpkin in their marriage.
Mama June: Pumpkin Demands An Answer From Josh On Abandoning Alana After Their Divorce!
A recent clip from Mama June: From Not To Hot showed Pumpkin and Josh catching up after their divorce at a cafe. As they started living separately, they still have persistent problems between them. She met him to address some lingering doubts. One of those is why he has cut off her little sister, Alana, from his life ever since their split.
Pumpkin pointed out the unfair treatment of Alana amidst her and Josh’s unsuccessful marriage. Alana isn’t at fault, and Josh also knows it. He said he didn’t purposely act like that. He further defended himself, saying he didn’t reach out to his former sister–in–law because he doesn’t want to give her stress.
Josh had a hard time moving on from Pumpkin, while she had been dating Darrin for a long time. He emphasized that since life was rough on him with plenty of hurdles to cross, he didn’t feel the mood to contact anybody. He acknowledged that he loves Alana dearly, as she was the child he and Pumpkin rescued.
Josh and Pumpkin gave Alana a new life after June went behind bars. He is very proud of Alana as much as he is of himself for raising a child like her. The WeTV star admitted he doesn’t see her any differently than he does his children. He deeply and genuinely cares about all of them, so he is clearly not ignoring Alana.
