Very recently, she had expressed her desire to have an egg retrieval surgery and freeze her eggs, surprising her father. After going through with the surgery, the reality TV star is finally opening up about it. In her recent statements, she has even detailed her whole expenditure.
“Just for this whole process of what I’m doing, it was $30,000 to $35,000, which is absolutely insane,” she had confessed. This happened in a recent episode of the Chrisley Confessions 2.0 podcast. Much to the fandom’s shock, she additionally confessed that insurance did not cover those kinds of treatments. She stated that insurance should cover the cost.
Especially for IVFs, because in some cases it is medically necessary. Moreover, she expressed her gratitude for a blessed life where she has the means to visit fertility doctors and afford such expensive treatments. Apparently, it costs between $3,000 to 8,000 just for the Rx portion. The reality TV star subsequently thanked her friend for being there.
