Now, during this ongoing investigation, he has stuck by his claims. The infamous reality TV star is standing by his claims of being “not guilty.” However, he has recently also requested that the judge permit him to be near the victim’s former residence.

Recently in court, he requested that the judge grant him permission to question officials from the Department of Children & Families, the Child Protection Team, and related agencies.
The infamous reality TV star now wants to exercise his right to view all the evidence against him. Therefore, he took a stretch and requested the judge to permit him to question those officials who apparently spoke to the alleged victim. His actions have caused major public outrage. His audacious nature has further led the public to question the integrity of the Duggar family.
Duggar News: Joseph Makes Another Request To The Judge – He Wants To Be Near The Victim’s Former House!
Duggar News readers by now must know that Joseph Duggar is going all out to prove his innocence. It is thus another day, another of Joseph’s diabolical and desperate attempts to make requests of the judge. This time, his request has left the fandom in shock. He has already filed a motion to amend the no-contract order that previously restricted his movement.
Now, he wants to go near the alleged victim’s former residence. Therefore, he needs a judge’s sign-off. The reason is that he has various properties near the victim’s former residence. Apparently, he needs to do extensive maintenance work on those properties. The tasks range from mowing and landscaping the lawn to painting and repairing the deck.
According to the prior no-contact order, he is not to go within 500 feet of the alleged victim or her former or current residences. But to do the needful for his properties, he is desperate for a judge to sign off on the order. In his defense, the victim and her family do not even live there. Therefore, he is not asking to be within 500 feet of her.
The court is yet to decide on the plea. The public, on the other hand, is growing restless as the “monster” is running free outside of prison. They cannot fathom how Joseph can plead “not guilty” when he confessed his sexual misconduct not only to the victim’s father but also to the law enforcement officers who made the arrest.
