He has committed the sin in a public setting, which caused her to be extremely worried about the safety of her and her son. Chrisley Knows Best alum Lindsie is again in the news, not for her DV case with David but for her DUI arrest on Saturday night, May 23, in Cherokee County, Georgia. She tied herself to multiple traffic-related offenses by Cherokee County, such as driving under the influence, attempting to elude, reckless driving, improper passing, and speeding.
A mugshot of Lindsie is currently running rampant on social media, but the full details of the incident aren’t out yet. According to some sources, she is also out on bail from the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center after posting a $5,961 bond the next morning, which was Sunday. Following the bail, TMZ reporters recorded her statement on her case.
Addressing the arrest, Lindsie said she plans to fight the charges against her. She claimed that she saved a poor animal from the collision. The news shocked many fans. Prior to it, they slammed her and David for creating a ruckus with the DV case.
