Chrisley Knows Best: Julie & Todd Lands Big Deal For Their Podcast!
Julie and Todd Chrisley restarted their Chrisley Confessions podcast with a twist. They initially featured in it back in 2018, but their conviction led to it being scrapped from all streaming platforms, including Apple Podcasts. Luckily, they could return with it, naming it Chrisley Confessions 2.0. Their focus in the first episode was faith, family, and current life events.
The good news is that Todd and Julie have secured a multi-year deal from the podcast publishing house PodcastOne. They promoted the podcast featuring reality stars on Instagram and other social media platforms. It’s the same company that funds Savannah’s Unlocked podcast. Now that her mom and dad are out of prison, their unfiltered discussion on life-altering 28 months pointed out various prison issues.
Chrisley Knows Best: Todd Reveals His Food Behind Bars!
Todd Chrisley reported to the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Florida, in January 2023, while Julie was held at the Federal Medical Center in Kentucky. Recalling his days in the cells, he told his wife that he had a junk food treat, which was quite lavish. He started with, “I had Chick-fil-A.”
A shocked Julie stopped Todd, but he went on to add Burger King, pizza, and Culver’s to the list. In the meantime, she said that she struggled with what basic food she was given to eat. She only ate a morsel, which was an outside food, after 28 months. To this, he asked if she hadn’t befriended any prison workers.
Julie replied to Todd that she hadn’t done it and promised fans that she would show them her prison food soon after filming them at home. He countered, “Well, I would have to get my chef because I had a chef that made my food.” She didn’t have a chef like her husband, who prepared quesadillas.
Todd purchased pepperoni and pizza sauce from Walmart, and his chef made quesadillas using an iron. When the Growing Up Chrisley alum didn’t have street food, he devoured quesadillas. Additionally, there was a platter full of tuna, which got Julie’s approval due to her liking for it. For the latest Julie & Todd’s prison tea, stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers.
