In September 2024, Mama June’s former son-in-law, Josh Efird, was in a horrible car accident. His ex-wife, Pumpkin Efird, was still his emergency contact, so she was phoned and on the scene. Unfortunately, graphic snaps of the accident were released, and they are extremely disturbing. Keep reading for more details.
Graphic Pics Of Josh Efird’s Car Accident Revealed
Pumpkin and Josh Efird filed for divorce at the beginning of August 2024 after six years of marriage and a decade together. They also shared four children, and it was clear that this wrecked Josh. When Pumpkin stated that she would be taking her maiden name back, Josh was shaken. He could not believe this was the end, as seen on the latest episode of Mama June: Family Crisis. At the same time, she had moved on, so he needed to, as well. Unfortunately, he was involved in a horrible car accident when another car hit him.
Pumpkin immediately went to check on him and noted he was the father of her kids. Therefore, it was vital that she check on Josh, plus she added that she was still grieving her late sister, Anna Cardwell. So, it was a very tough time. As the photos show, it appears that Josh’s blue truck was flipped over, and he was unconscious. Fortunately, he was taken to the hospital to get checked out and appears to be doing much better. However, this had to be one of the most terrifying moments of his life, as well as Pumpkin’s, thinking she could lose someone else.
When this happened, Mama June fans felt awful for Josh and were praying for a speedy recovery. They have come to really like and appreciate him, especially after Pumpkin started dating his cousin. He and her new man, Darrin Kitchens, are cousins through Josh’s stepfather. It also felt like Pumpkin discarded all that they had been through, and he was left out in the cold. The car accident has been previewed on Family Crisis, but the actual footage will soon be shown.
Prayers For Josh
Upon seeing the damage from the wreck, Mama June fans immediately rushed to comment on social media. They wanted Josh Efird to know how worried they were for him, and hoped that he could heal in a speedy manner. It seems that the empathy level for him has only increased since the new season began, and viewers got to watch the divorce unfold. They only want what is best for him and for him to find true happiness:

It has been a rough year for Josh, between the divorce, the accident, and Pumpkin’s new love. However, he just welcomed a new baby girl, and things are beginning to look up.
