Todd and Julie are finally out of prison, all thanks to President Trump. The couple were supposed to serve a few more years, but President Trump pardoned them. They have now started their own podcast, where they share their experiences in prison. The podcast goes by the name Chrisley Confessions 2.0. In the recent episode, Todd and Julie listed a few things they actually enjoyed during their time behind bars.

This may come as a shock because most people associate prison with punishment, which it actually is. People go to prison to correct their mistakes and learn from them. However, Todd and Julie seemed to have a blast. While the duo has shared numerous times that their stay in prison wasn’t pleasant, in the recent podcast, they completely flipped the script. Todd even revealed that he had access to Walmart while in prison.

Julie and Todd Chrisley are ready to step back into the spotlight after their release from prison. During an ABC News special, the Chrisley Knows Best stars revealed they’re leaving Nashville behind and setting their sights on Charleston, South Carolina. The move is especially important to Julie, and Todd’s on board with the change.

The couple plans to buy a hotel and turn it into their new home, and make it their main filming location for their next reality TV venture. Though they haven’t named the show yet, they’re excited about the concept. In the meantime, their Lifetime docuseries about life after prison is already in production. Todd even shared that on their release night, they met President Trump to thank him personally for the pardon.

It is a popular opinion that prisons are not vacation spots. That’s the main reason people also refer to them as correctional homes. However, it seems like Todd and Julie had completely different prison experiences. In the recent podcast, Chrisley Confessions 2.0, Julie asked Todd what his favorite things were that he enjoyed in prison. The question itself felt odd, but Todd’s reply blew everyone away.

Instantly after Julie asked the question, Todd replied that it might sound weird, but he enjoyed the Chick-fil-A in prison. Julie looked defeated and gave him a warning look. It wasn’t clear if Todd was joking, but he continued and said he had Chick-fil-A, Burger King, pizzas, and much more. He clarified that he wasn’t going to come on the podcast and lie.

Todd added that he even had Culver’s, and this wasn’t an ad, but he’s now addicted to it. He even had Olive Garden. Julie interrupted and revealed she didn’t have any of that. Todd said a chef used to make him food, while Julie admitted she didn’t have access to any chef. All she could arrange were pickle wraps.

Todd joked that he didn’t need to have such wraps because he could just get things from Walmart. Julie looked surprised and revealed she didn’t have access to Walmart. Todd explained that he didn’t go to Walmart; instead, Walmart came to him. It seems like Todd went on a food vacation while Julie stayed in actual prison.
