Savannah Chrisley Shared Her Future Would Be In Politics
Savannah worked hard to get her parents pardoned, and it actually worked. They are both home now, and she was able to help get them out of prison.
She shared that a moment changed her life, and she thought she would be involved in politics. Savannah said that people were handing her babies, and a little girl wanted to hold her hand, and she thought, Maybe I want to be in politics. Savannah went on to explain:
“When I was standing outside the prison doing that press conference and seeing all the people who came up to me and hugged me and spoke to me, it really made me take a step back and say, like, ‘Maybe my future’s gonna look different than what I had originally thought. Maybe I am gonna get involved in politics.”
Why Did Savannah Change Her Mind?
Savannah Chrisley had shared that she was going to go into politics, but it turns out she has changed her mind. She shared the details about what made her decide it wasn’t the right time for this to happen.
“I had a meeting at the White House about potentially taking over a House seat in Tennessee, and I just knew that right now wasn’t the time. I didn’t feel in my heart and soul that I could make the impact that I truly wanted to make because I just got my life back. I’m rebuilding and figuring out who I am and what I want out of life.”
While Savanah’s parents were in prison, she was taking care of her sister Chloe and brother Grayson. She did some dating, but that didn’t work out. Now, Savannah has her life back and it sounds like she just wants to live it and focus on herself. Politics can wait, and maybe she will change her mind someday.
