He set the record straight for the audience that he never struggled financially after her prison time was over.

Chang started the topic of Todd being rumored to be broke during his federal prison release. So, he wondered where people are getting information. He dismissed those who claimed his life would change once he was released from federal prison. He humorously stopped himself from revealing his bank balance, making Savannah laugh.
