‘Little People Big World’: Did Roloff Farm Finally Sell For $2.9M?

Since the botched Little People Big World Roloff Farms deal that could have seen Zach Roloff and Jeremy Roloff take ownership of part of the family farm, Matt Roloff has tried to make some big moves, including putting the farm up for sale to a buyer outside of the family. So, did the iconic Oregon landmark finally sell?
Little People Big World: Botched Roloff Farms Deal Was A Drama Goldmine For TLC
While Little People Big World was still on the air, the botched Roloff Farms deal was a drama goldmine for TLC, and something the network exploited for several seasons. As fans saw on the program, Zach Roloff took it the hardest when Matt decided not to sell a portion of the farm to his sons, and Zach even moved his entire family away.
Since the deal with his sons did not work out, Matt Roloff has listed part of Roloff Farms for sale. He even put it up on a short-term rental basis for interested fans of the show who wanted to stay in the house where Matt and Amy raised their children.

LPBW: Did Matt Roloff Secure A Buyer?
Matt Roloff first put part of Roloff Farms up for sale three years ago. With it being on the market for that long, the obvious question for Little People Big World fans is whether or not Matt has been able to secure a buyer since turning his sons down.
Based on recent updates making the rounds, Matt has poured himself into his work, including prepping for the upcoming pumpkin season, particularly since his shocking split from Caryn Chandler. A portion of Roloff Farms was first listed for $4M back in 2022.
When Matt had no takers at that price point, he dropped his asking price down to $3.4M. When he still did not find a buyer, he lowered it again in April of 2025, asking this time for $2.9M.

Unfortunately for Matt Roloff, even at the reduced price of $2.9M, the 16 acres of Roloff Farms that he put up for sale have still not sold. Matt has even been open with his followers online about his struggle to sell the farm.
Touching on this issue, Matt said, “People ask me all the time about the big house, it is still for sale. We have some very interesting folks looking at it.”
Matt went on to add, “Of course, it’s all about the use case, how they’re going to use the farm. And whether we’re going to have neighbors doing, we don’t necessarily want a hog farm next door. There’s a bunch of other possible use cases for these buyers. It is still being Airbnb’ed, or short-term rented. It’s basically back to back, but there’s always a few days somewhere.”
