Instead, the My 600-Lb Life star has been begging for money as her family struggles financially. Last September, Dottie revealed that she’s “tired” of struggling, adding that she’s been trying to figure out what to feed her family and how she will fund their daily needs.
She continued, “We have been denied foodstamps, only missing the mark by dollars. I’m just asking for a little help.” Due to this, Dottie posted her Cash App and PayPal, hoping that someone would donate money. This wasn’t the first time Dottie asked for money online. She’s been doing it since 2023, indicating that her life has been difficult for quite some time. She also revealed that her son, Landon, is starting to struggle with food, saying that he’s been eating nonstop. She added, “It absolutely breaks my heart because Landon come to me crying that he is hungry and we can’t feed him. He does struggle with ADHD AND Autism. He likes to eat a eat ALOT. It’s hard to see your child beg and cry because he is hungry.”
