Nanny Faye Chrisley Cancer Update
When Nanny Faye Chrisley was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2021, it was a shock to everyone. Not only was her family broken by this, but so were her fans. She has amassed a large fanbase via Chrisley Knows Best, and everyone looks to her as their own grandmother. Nanny is fun, youthful, and always down for anything. She noted that her daughter-in-law, Julie Chrisley, was an asset during her cancer battle. Unfortunately, Julie and her husband, Todd Chrisley, were locked up in early 2023. Yet, Nanny soon learned that she was in remission, and it was the best possible news in those dark times.
Two years later, where does Nanny stand, and is she still in a good place healthwise? All she wanted was for Todd and Julie to be released, and she believed it would happen. It did in May 2025, which was a great moment for all of the Chrisleys. However, Nanny shared her remission news on Lindsie Chrisley’s podcast, and her granddaughter stated that it was incredible news. She still had one more treatment and then would get a follow-up in three months to ensure she was still in the clear.
After all is said and done, Nanny Faye Chrisley seems to be in a good spot, and the cancer is staying away. Of course, Julie would like her to be the next Golden Bachelorette, but Nanny is done. She will appear on the family’s new Lifetime reality series, Back To Reality. Yet, it is unclear how big a part she will play, as there is so much to pay attention to.
