Todd Chrisley’s Son Threatened To Kill Cops
It has been an up-and-down year for Todd Chrisley as he was desperate to be freed from prison. Along with his wife, Julie Chrisley, they had been sentenced to a total of nineteen years behind bars. Unfortunately for the longtime husband-wife duo, they could not talk or communicate with one another. Todd felt it was solely retaliatory by the warden, and that was why the two were kept apart. At the same time, their daughter, Savannah Chrisley, was raising their youngest kids and fighting for their freedom. In May 2025, Julie and Todd were pardoned by President Donald Trump, finally living their best lives.
Now that the family is back together, things should be moving in a forward motion. However, two of Todd’s children are alienated. This includes his daughter, Lindsie, and his son, Kyle, who has had extensive problems in his life. Recently, Kyle was arrested for domestic assault, and when this happened, he allegedly threatened to kill the officers. Per the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, this is what happened:
“When attempting to speak with Mr. Chrisley, he became immediately aggressive, charged at deputies and began to throw punches and assault deputies. After a physical altercation and deployment of OC Spray, Mr. Chrisley was taken into custody.”
It was also alleged that Kyle Chrisley made threats, both suicidal and homicidal, in Rutherford, Tennessee. Plus, he was evasive with the authorities, did not answer what they asked, and became aggressive. In his mugshot, Todd Chrisley’s son was visibly distraught. He had messy and long facial hair, while his green shirt was ripped. Kyle did not appear to be happy in the situation, and for good reason.

As of now, Todd Chrisley has not spoken out regarding the arrest, nor has his wife, Julie, who is not Kyle Chrisley’s mother. Fans and followers are likely not surprised by this, as Kyle has had numerous arrests in the past. Furthermore, he is the biological father of Todd and Julie’s youngest, Chloe Chrisley. After hearing how he assaulted the police, followers of this story said this:
- He’s going to get a pardon
- He’s still walking around of course
- And he wonders why he lost ALL custody of his daughter
The general consensus was that he got off very easily for what he did, and that did not sit well with many. Hopefully, he learns that what he did was horribly wrong, but time will tell.
