But now, reports confirm that he has been released after posting a $6,000 bond. He had charges of battery and aggravated assault from the Chrisley Knows Best star.
According to Elle Bee, an Instagram blogger, her close sources reported that Cherokee County police officials held David accountable. TMZ is the first outlet to cover the shocking news of Lindsie being the victim and her partner being the criminal. The couple had an alleged argument in which she confronted him about a lie.
At some point during the disagreement, David turned violent on Lindsie after she wanted to leave the place or things. Surprisingly, he called the police, and the officers noticed her visible neck marks that were caused by the strangulation. She felt choked consistently, and in the spot, cops handcuffed David.
While many thought David wouldn’t be able to come out before the next weekend, it now looks as though the bond has set him free.
