The celeb explained that Joseph’s behavior hasn’t only affected him, but it has also had effects on his kids, who just lost their father.
After watching all of this, Jeremy tends to hug his kids a bit tighter now. He noted, “‘Well, I want to be the best father I can be for them,’ you know?” The celeb further believes that when he watches someone losing the “greatest treasures” of their lives, it ends up reminding him what the greatest treasures are in his life. Jeremy then told the cameras, “I’ve had a lot of those thoughts, a lot of reevaluating of what’s valuable.”
Hence, Jeremy admitted that he was trying his best to enjoy this stage of parenting. He even noted that he was in a phase of “contemplation” now. On the other hand, Jinger admitted that Joseph’s arrest has actually “reopened wounds from the past.” She had already faced a similar situation when Josh Duggar was arrested back in 2021. Now, it seems that Jinger is having the same feeling.
