She was able to drop 157 pounds, bringing her down to 439 pounds. However, she also had some setbacks. One of them is regaining some weight after getting the surgery. But despite the hurdles, Melissa fulfilled her dreams of becoming a mother. She got pregnant twice shortly after her journey with Dr. Now, making it one of the most inspiring stories on the show. Melissa took to social media in April to share a new photo of herself after a long disappearance. It was a photo from Easter, and the My 600-Lb Life star shared how proud she is of her body. She even shaded the critics with her caption, saying, “Also here is a full body shot of me for all those who want to judge me. I am grateful, blessed, and chosen. No one can hurt me I have lived through the hardest day of my life🥰.” While Melissa didn’t share her current weight, many fans were still amazed by how small she has gotten.
